
Brenda Anderson, Founder
Brenda Anderson has more than 20 years of leadership and organizational development experience in Fortune 500 corporations, with heavy concentration in the financial services industry. She has held key leadership roles in human resources, training and development, operations, accounting and financial management. Prior to founding The Galilee Agency, she was Vice President, Special Markets in the E-Commerce Division, Wells Fargo Bank (formerly
First Union National Bank and Wachovia Bank) in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Brenda is the co-designer of a program piloted at Johnson C. Smith University as part of the US Department of Labor Workforce Development Partnership Grants initiatives. The White House has also recognized her for her contributions to economic development.
In October 2003, Brenda coordinated and promoted the South Carolina State Conference NAACP Annual Conference and Civil Rights Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina. The conference received national coverage for the “Carolina Roundtable,” a forum which featured seven of the ten declared 2004 U.S. Presidential candidates.
Brenda was named as one of the Charlotte Business Journal’s 2004 Diversity Catalysts and 2006 Women in Business Achievement Winners. Brenda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of San Diego and pursued graduate study at San Diego State University. She has numerous professional certifications.
In 2008, Brenda was recognized as one of the Charlotte Business Journal’s picks for “Who to Watch in 2008” for her work with the Charlotte Chamber in creating a Diversity Advisory Cabinet. |
